Reposts and when to Report them

Made a temporary Sticky.

OK guys. We are getting a lot of complaints (both via the Report system (correct way), and responding in the thread (wrong way). So, I am posting this in hopes of, not only setting the record straight, but to reduce the number of complaints, as the written ones can, and have, caused good contributors to stop posting.

First, Reposts are a fact of life on a Forum. Especially in a Mega thread. So, get use to it.

Also, most members do not want to scroll through pages and pages (especially when it is conversation, and not content), reposts are a good thing anyway.

Additionally, is it a different Format (jpg vs png)? Or, a different host (sendvid vs the Forums' Servers)? These are perfectly acceptable, no matter when the original was posted.

Now, I too do not like to see Reposts within 2 pages. So, yes. These should be Reported. But, if the previous post is older, then there is no harm in it. So, let it go. And, if you cannot let it go, think about not visiting the thread in question anymore.

And, finally, when the poster has a large Like to Message ratio, they have got to be doing something right.

So, if you do not like seeing the Reposts, and it is over 2 pages since the last time, then, move on and keep about it.

EDIT: This thread is intended for reposts in the SAME thread. NOT for reposts of media made to the Fetish only threads (e.g.: Biggest Black Breasts, or Big vs Small).

Unless in a Mega-thread, if less than 2 pages back, please submit a Report. DO NOT bump the thread.
(same for other problems; dead links, DNP content, actual/perceived Rule violations)

However, if a image is in the girls' thread, and it's been reposted in a, Pose/Topic specific thread (e.g.: On Her Back/White Tops), then it's not considered a repost, and is not to be Reported, as duplicate content.
