Report Button vs Reply Button

Due to a seemingly increased number of Reports being rejected, because the member clicked the WRONG button, I decided to make this post (also, a sticky for the short term).

Desktop/Laptop Instructions:

1) The Report button is used to report a problem with a particular post.

2) The Reply button is used when quoting, and THEN responding to a particular post.
(I add this because several posts have been deleted due to no response message)

SmartPhone - Android Instructions:
(laid out exactly the same. But, on a much narrower display. And, perhaps this is the problem? )



ATTN: iPhone users - Please let me know if the display is the same, or different. And, if different, please attach a screen grab of it, if possible. Thanks.


NOTE: If you do either a Report, or a Reply on your own thread, you should also see (not shown) an Edit button, just to the right of the Report button.

P.S. Apologies for the crappy numbers. But, I am left handed, and trying to write with my right hand...
