Forum Alerts and Email Notification Discussion

I am unable to receive email notifications or confirmations to my @outlook address. I had to switch to @Gmail to get back on the site. Looks like Outlook is being blocked (at least for me).

Yahoo, and GMX are working for me on Chrome, and Android.

Alert Notifications show up. But, on Chrome, the number of Alerts disappears. Which then affects it on my Android phone.
