You don't need macromastia to feel back pains, to have your movements slightly impaired, to need special bras to do sport... or maybe, sure, the attention was too much.

It's not that much of a headscratcher.

Let's rejoice because, for a time, there were more big boobs in the world.

Sadly I agree. Sabby has a rather prominent freckle under her left clavicle in most photos, that's not there on those BR surgical photos. If we saw the unusual midline crease in the patient's epigastrium in photos of Sabby, they would give me reason to believe, but haven't seen that either (this is less conclusive than the clavicle freckle; perhaps with her boobs pushed together in all photos and the bra strap, we wouldn't see that usually...)
