A quick update: Basically the Twitter account was run by a guy who used to be in some kind of relationship with her. She kept reveral relationships at the same time, seeked for their money, and threw her mental problems on them that pushed some of them to commit to suicide. 'Now we know she had sex with her cousin and ended the relationship with this poor Twitter running guy.
At least we can confirm that she indeed is a 'she', no doubt. But whether the tits are real, or let's say, how many percent real, still don't know.
And very likely this Twitter account will not be posting anything onwards.
