macromastia is literally just massive tits, whether she's suffering or not. It's a BS medical term to begin with.

That's what the term literally translates as, it is not what the legitimate medical condition is. Look at some pictures of actual cases and you'll see the difference.

. Most plastic surgeons are quick to diagnose someone with a d cup with gigantomastia. The medically accepted definition is bullshit its anyone with more than 3 lbs of breast tissue in total. meaning if that if the right breast is 2 pounds and the left is 2 pounds then...you have gigantomastia by that definition any woman with even slightly large breasts has gigantomastia and the word has no meaning. However if you look at any medical professional who has experience with actual gigantomastia cases then the know the immediate difference its a noticeable and immediate thing that you can instantly tell. Its a crippling and life ruining disorder that maybe attractive in some cases for us to look at but from first hand experience knowing 4 women with the disorder throughout my life its not a term that needs to be thrown around lightly. Even the Dr who listed his 36nnn patient as having gigantomastia was wrong and anyone who actually has the disease takes offense to the fact that anyone with big tits gets it thrown at them.
