Hmm, I had originally planned on just a one-time thing. But, this may be a good idea for other questionable threads and media.

I could be wrong but I don't think it's a morph. The texture of the boobs match the rest of the image too well, and the shadows look correct to me.
The lump or whatever could be the result of a really bad camera.

I think your right actually. I did fotoforensics on it and it all looked legit, even the noise. The only thing that I'm curious about is that line on her abdomen, under the right boob that goes vertical, just looks out of place ? Maybe it a 'tummy' line or something.

That is weird indeed. Could be a shadow made by multiple lightsources or some kind of scar or stretch mark. Could also be in that particular frame because of the low resolution.
