Who was the biggest shock for a breast reduction?

By the wording on the now deleted post it seemed like she was getting lipo at the same time, so boobs chopped and belly ruined (for those who are partial to some chub)

My god, those chompers! So sad to see those going to waste. Ladies, are huge tits that much of problem. I mean, I saw some gigantomastia cases that look really painful and for those reduction surgery should really exist(there are always exteme unfortunate cases that requires help), but these... hell they don't look abnormal, just exceptionally huge. And in that outfit (or without), she looks like a sex godess. I think that to the great extent a general public opinion poisoned the minds of many women. Codi Vore is not even that huge and yet she is doing it. It breaks my heart when I hear that ladies are opting for reductions because their breasts draw too much attention, I mean what the hell, you don't want to feel desirable anymore? Like everything else in life huge tits have their positive and negative sides and women should learn how to balance with them. I am not only talking about making their man happy, but to embrace the way nature molded them. I've started balding in my 30's and it hurts, especially at the begining, but so what, life gave me something new to learn how to embrace.

I remember when Maserati was toying with that idea around the same time when Rachel decided to do it. I am pretty sure Masi saw what happened to her younger colleague and part of her decision to keep them was most likely influenced by what doctors did to Rachel. I hope that Rachel is happy, but she really have lost that magic look she had back in 16' and 17'.

Never been a more mismanaged career. I think she’s escorting now when she should have been retired on those boobs. She could have been set for life financially.
