OF - Need advice please

I tried signing into OF today, I got this message. I have no idea what it means. I’ve read “paragraph 8” and it only says things like “we reserve the right to, blah blah” I clicked the link to “re-pay” blah blah and it’s wanting personal info to ID myself. Any ideas? Anyone ever run into this? I never comment on OF, Just click the likes.
