Anyone also having trouble to login at AGNETIS.COM?

Hi there.
I know that her website is dormant since 2019, but it was functional until last year

Today, I just got a yearly subscription, as usual (every year I get one), but this time I noticed the login page is gone.
so...basically now it's impossible to login even if you buy a membership.

This never happened to me before, there's no support on her website.
I tried to email team@agnetis.com and the e-mail returns saying it was not delivered.

epoch.com makes me feel scammed because I explain telling them that I have no access to the thing I paid for and they refuse to give my money back. They promised they will present a solution tomorrow, but I really doubt it will happen since the problem is within the website agnetis.com

I'll update this topic tomorrow, if you guys had any similar experience, please share here

UPDATE:

I tried to contact epoch again.
this time I got a decent attendant that listened carefully and noticed the problem on the website. he refunded my $50

this changed my perception of epoch. first, I was feeling scammed, now I'm relieved.

if you are reading this, please, DON'T sign up for AGNETIS.COM anymore.
The website is completely disabled for members, but somehow they are still receiving payments. (weird...)
