I can confirm that this is fake. This subhuman scum posted about it on reddit, claiming to be the girl, and his account history made it clear beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was lying. It may seem pointless to some but posting cases without pics,particularly medical pdfs,let’s us know these case exist and maybe we might just stumble on photographic evidence.The same goes for ‘sightings’.I’m still living in hope after 10+years of capturing a gigantomastic granny here in my small town who is so big that the last time I saw her she was in a wheelchair.Circumstances have prevented me from getting a snap.
