Call me a conspiracy theorist but I really think that the Janeth lady is being taken advantage of - maybe even without her knowledge.
There was a post in this thread pre-dating her Patreon, and her name was completely different.

I can totally imagine someone posing as some medical practitioner or something and asking her to take videos of her tits.
It also falls in line with the content that ends up on the Patreon - she's working out (common advice given before reductions is to lose weight), taking her breast weight and measurements, etc.
