I have been seeing a new type of content. It seems to be a recent thing. But I don't know what tools are being used. Any Ideas?

Apparently there is an agency helping with these accounts. Hence why they all look so similar. Girls who want to hide their identity get recruited. Silicon tits get purchased and away they go.
