A few weeks ago, I was thinking about narrowing down the list of items for a home remedy or just to narrow down the list in general. It would need to be about 3 to 5 items.
If I were to narrow down the list, I would probably say Olive Oil, either Aloe Vera or Glycolic Acid, and an oil that contains Omega-3 Fatty Acids, then you could add Guavas and Beets. Because you want the juices, the guavas and beets would be blended in the Olive Oil and Omega-3 Fatty Acid Oil.
- Olive Oil – Delivery Agent
- Aloe Vera / Glycolic Acid – Collagen Production
- Omega-3 Fatty Acid Oil (it doesn’t really matter what nut, seed, or legume it is from as long as the nut, seed, or legume is rich in Omega Fatty Acids) – Lipid Production
- Guavas – Collagen Production
- Beets – Nitrate for Nitric Oxide Production
If you wanted to, you could replace guavas and beets with a form of Retinoid, a form of Ascorbic Acid, Hops, Galactagogues, Magnesium, whatever.
- Retinoid – Collagen Production
- Ascorbic Acid – Collagen Production
- Hops – Phytoestrogen
- Galactagogues – Phytoestrogen
- Magnesium – Lipid Production
Of course, if you can find products that contain the ingredients from the whole list, it would be easier than making either the whole or shorter list at home. However, I should have added a shorter list anyway. From here, we just have to find similar brands and formulas
