Thanks a lot for the answer! I tried VLC for Slo-mo but I thought your video was slower. Again thanks for answering!

You can go as slow as you want by continuing to select slower or slower (fine) - the first reduces speed in greater increments vs the fine adjustment. You will see the speed momentarily in the upper right part of the screen. As you go slower it seems to degrade the image quality. It would be nice to know if there is free video editing software or app where you can upscale the slow-mo video.

Depends on also on what you consider as slow-mo, some are ok with that basic "look".
To get that real smooooooth slow mo transition for FREE online is not going to be possible compared to apps that you have to pay for.

The videos that we upload/download here are FREE , Topaz is a pretty good "investment" for adding that special effect to all the videos you have in your collection.
