What a kind offer Sir. I have got some older Milena videos in 240p that could really could use some love. I found that upscaling to 720 or even 1080p gives you great resolution but the picture becomes more blurry. So I would gess that you will get the best results with 480p. But feel free to practice. I am just happy that someone knows how to upscale lol

It looks like they took a low rez version and then just resized it to 1080p and slapped their watermarks all over it like a bunch of assholes. Here's what a real upscale looks like:
