It always amazes me that girls cannot tell when other girls have implants.
Just for future ref: An implant is a bag filled with water. It is somewhat spherical. Imagine a water balloon, but with a thicker casing (because obv it cannot risk leaking).
They don't move anything like normal breasts. They usually have stretched the skin unnaturally. The bag often sits clearly behind the skin.
The only time it is hard to tell if someone has implants is if they already had large breasts and got them only slightly enlarged (google porn star Ava Addams).
Someone with breasts as large as /u/sundreams90 would have VERY OBVIOUSLY FAKE breasts if they were fake. Think Chelsea Charms. Additionally, unless she is a stripper, sex worker, or insane (like Sheyla Almeida), there is no incentive to get implants that large. Most women with breasts that size opt for a reduction due to health concerns, in spite of the sex appeal. Not the other way around (getting implants).

Breast reductions are major surgical procedures, I just hope that your choice is not based on looks! Things can go wrong with reduction surgeries

I am considering a reduction because I am tired of being judged and ostracized for something I cannot control. I am entering medical school next year, and I don't just want to be "the girl with the boobs." Girls are cruel and men can't see past them, and even if I am comfortable with my body, I am punished by the people around me.
An added benefit would be a reduction in studying-related back pain (hunching over textbooks will be my life for the next decade) and hopefully the ability to perform repetitive research tasks like pipetting without creating a golf ball sized knot behind my shoulder blades
