Still confused on what is DMCA protected

Ok so I post pics and mega links of content creators from onlyfans and Snapchat and they get deleted and the person gets out on DNP list.

But then I see lods of posts with onlyfans and Patreon watermarks but this don't get deleted.

Aren't all onlyfans and Patreon pics and videos DMCA protected? Why are line getting deleted and banned from posting when so many others aren't?

Some girls request to go DNP, so their stuff can't be posted. Some don't and there stuff can be posted. Unless they complain and ask to go DNP. It's as simple as that.

more of a general question to the Admins, just out of curiosity (not suggesting anything, just asking):

if, just in the hypothetical case that your servers are NOT physically located in the US, then why do you guys so willingly delete stuff which is illegaly shared according to DMCA and put those ladies even on the donot-post list ? the DMCA is only an American law and only applies on US soil, therefore it should actually have no impact on an international scale. I mean what are they gonna do? An American copyright holder can't force some overseas-based server to shut down or raid the place with a party van, can it ? (only because some some porn pics got reposted, because they're officially "artistic intellectual property", which is a ridiculous idea in the first place)

We are very strict when it comes to DNP, Underage, Advertising/Spam and Rule 5 violations.

Now, if the girl is already on the DNP List, they cannot be posted. But, if a member posts anyway, and depending on the number of times it has happened, then the member will either get a written Warning (1st violation) , temporarily banned for 30 days (2nd violation). Or, permanently banned (3rd violation).

However, there are a few models who have requested DNPNA (Do not Post Name Anywhere). So, for these models that a member posts, the member receives an ALERT Notification saying something like, Sorry. But, the model has requested that her name/media not be posted. Your post has been deleted.

But, nothing is noted on his/her Account. So, it does not count against the member.

So, we must comply with Take Down Requests, or risk the Forum getting shut down.
