Well, first of all, we're really small country with less than 4 million people at the moment, but from my experience, we're in the same league with all the other Slavic countries. I would say an average size is C-D cup, but there are many women bigger than F-G, which is for most people, huge.
I have been with many busty women, and some were really huge, H-J cup, but my wife is completely different story. She is one in a million and her proportions are insane, so don't expect to see anyone like her in the streets. She definitely has Macromastia because her tits just keep growing no matter what.
Currently she wears UK 36L / US 36P / EU 80R. ‍

Yeah, you can still visit Croatia with a negative PCR test or Covid passport.
I would definitely recommend Split and surrounding area, especially islands of Brac, Hvar and Dubrovnik.
But whatever you visit, you'll be amazed.
