I think it is fair to say that this file has been lost and not able to recovered forever.

Well, i've searched more and more and ....after four weeks, it's definitely time to call it a quiter.

I even wrote the original uploader a message, but didn't get any back.

After some time i still did not succeed finding a codec to play this one. It has been on my harddrive since this topic started, which is a long time.

Time to give up.
