To appreciate my lived experience you need to first consider what do you “really” mean when you say someone has “gigantomastia”? .I believe the term is “abused “ and is a potentially a bit misleading. The “definition” is “over 5 pounds of breast flesh and 3pc of bodyweight being breast tissue’.
We (often on this post} refer to these” extremely large breasted ladies as “Gigantomastia Cases”. WRONG. . In fact yes, some are very unwell “MEDICAL “cases”, having experienced what is very rapid and often massive “ breast growth due to pregnancy , puberty , reactions to drug/hormone interaction and other factors. These ladies are ones who need to seek medical attention for a number of reasons such as lesions sores , morbid obesity etc. yes they are “cases” per se.
However if a “person” (to be 2024 PC) has large , very large or extremely large boobs , yes they will at some point be able to be described as ‘Gigantomastic” according to that definition .
The ” medical” industry, on the other hand is like any other market . It seeks to increase demand. Look at “ Covid 18”…Yes it could pose a threat to some. The Medical and Pharma industries “talked up” the threat and then made a squillion gazillion dollars “treating it” wvhen now its come out it was provably unwarranted … you’ll see my point in a minute ?
Not all ladies or girls with even (really really really ) unusually big breasts (like my “L”) are medical case bs or are as is often suggested in the ”mainstream opinion” medically, physically or somehow ”Psychologically” afflicted . It’s a problem created by some so it can be solved (for a “fee”)by bthem
