5 grand? I hear it. Idk, man, and I can’t speak for any woman, but possibly I’d see some better use of 5 grand. Except if you consider big bras are kinda hard to find and expensive. I spend more than 5 grand for some selective surgery - not boobs - and anything at 5k is definitely a major medical thing.
No idea which town she was in but then I don’t really see BR is a usual item around me where breast augmentation is usual. I mean whether with ig girls or average artists silicone tits and fat transfer are pretty common these days, whereas BR is very specific and rare.
I’d also make an educated guess on… people possibly do BR at around 20, prime time, or most likely never. Unless you had a lot of growth as a mature woman and were still conscious, there’s almost no point to do it older in life. Those who don’t get BR younger most likely won’t do it older. Like those GOAT older models.
And to answer in Canadian, BR is not known to be some subsidized thing, rather just aesthetic and un-subsidized. As I know about artists and regular citizens in general, most motivated women would spend more budget on facial surgeries… and preference varies in different cultures.
