there is no way that Lucy Pinder has the No. 1 boobs in the UK, there are too many British women who are much hotter than her. Sophie Howard, Kelly Brook, Lorna Morgan, and my favorite Brit: Emily Blunt. however, imo the No. 1 boobs in the UK title goes to Lorna Morgan.

Yeah, but the thing is, Scott, for a couple of years here in Britain Lucy Pinder seemed to be on the cover of every magazine, regardless of your or my taste in boobs.
She got discovered by a gossipy newspaper called the Daily Star on a beach in Bournemouth, and they put her on the front cover every other day, I'm not kidding you. Lucy didn't do any topless then, but that probably only served to keep her in the mainstream for much longer.
There's a world between the page 3 type girl like Lucy and the top shelf type girl like Lorna, but I think the page 3 girl is a typically British thing (I'm saying page 3, as that's the expression, but it's often the front page).
Lorna Morgan has as far as I know always only featured in explicite magazines, and that's a very different type of exposure.
Sorry for the lecture, but I think people that aren't British can use a bit of explanation as to why Lucy Pinder gets called No 1.

i see. and please don't apologize, i love learning about celebs, hehe. i knew Lucy was very popular in the UK, is Emily Blunt very popular over there? personally Emily Blunt is my favorite celeb and i think she is fucking gorgeous, she would be perfect if she would gain some weight and plumpen up, i think she is too skinny. but alot of Americans don't even know who she is, which is really a shame. someone as beautiful and talented as Emily should be appreciated more.
