If it's your thread, just submit a Report, along with the rationale for wanting it deleted.

Or, as the Title suggests, did you change your mind?

I think he means when he's viewing the forum a certain thread doesn't appear - a bit like blocking a phone number - rather than actually deleting a thread.

One can ignore a member and you won't see their posts but "Ignoring" a thread is a redundant proposition because all the O/P has to do is not visit the thread in the first place.

Or if he means he's already "watching" a thread and thus receiving notifications, and no longer wants to, then simply "unwatch" it and you'll no longer get notifications.
