I am getting the premium error while downloading a file of 4.95 GB from mega. The link is : -

While I do not have Mega premium myself, it looks like you have surpassed or are about to surpass the 16TB transfer limit for the month.

Yep, as White_Knight wrote, that's the problem.

Look at the top of the image. "Transfer quota exceeded".

So, you have indeed reached your quota.

Now, the problem is, this sounds like it's not a short term issue. As usually, when a Quota is reached, that's it! No more.
