Neither can I. https://isitdownorjust.me/bunkr-su/ reports that the server seems to be down.

However, it seems that there are other Bunkr servers available with different top level domains. See https://status.bunkr.ru/

.la seems to work for me, so I can open https://bunkr.la/v/MCTF-zzJ3eUJg.mp4 (".la" instead of ".ru").
If you can't open the original URL (with .ru), try this one (with .la).

I'm sorry, this doesn't work at the moment.
Every time I try to open the videos, I get the error message that the videos cannot be played due to maintainance activities on the Bunkr servers. That makes it impossible to download at the moment.

Perhaps the Bunkr videos can be played again later after the maintainance is finished.
