Rules says that it's not compulsory to write in English. Foreign languages is allowed and its only asked to provide translation- again not compulsory and its on free will of any one.
From your side as a Moderator, your comment was way to racist as you just did what- Made up a new rule to abuse foreign people who is sitting up here?
People can write in any language they want, until rules have not been changed. You as moderator have right to delete post with foreign comments, if you really wish so.
Don't even know why bother yourself, we all come here to share pictures and links. I am more than sure 95% of people here don't care what language has been used to share content.
First of all, I would like to apologize for not explaining myself clearly. Obviously, English is not your first language and my post may have meant something different than I had intended.

Let's break that down:
•"This is a English reading Forum." Which means that the main language used in communications is English.
•"While foreign language is allowed, please provide a translation."
As it indicates, you are able to post in Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, even Chinese or Japanese, but you must please provide a translation. This is not optional; it says 'please provide a translation.'
•"Otherwise, your post is as risk of being deleted."
Your post is at risk of being deleted if you don't follow the first two directions in the Rule. It doesn't say your post will definitely be deleted, it says it could be deleted.
At least once per week, there is a non-English comment with no translation. My message dated today at 1:52 PM is not my first message to the members that use this thread. As a result, at my discretion, I delete these posts, unless they contain a video or a photo or a link; then I just delete the text and not the content.
At no time, was it my intention to appear dis-respectful or racist in my comments. Again, if that is the message you got, I sincerely apologize.
But beleive me, in the end, we all must follow the Rules: Staff, Models, and Members.
