I don't have any specific referrals I can give you, because although I've been to Japan twice, I never hooked-up. So, to make an actual booking on the escort site above you need to create an account first; but the first thing it asks you for is a Japanese phone number. It doesn't recognize Country Codes. I checked with Google Voice and don't seem to be able to generate a Japanese phone number.
