Her name is Winter Pierzina. She had a couple of popular videos on youtube under the name of Wintrsprngsummrfall, where she showed how many items she could hide in her cleavage (hammer, crescent wrench, cell phone, etc). Her account is apparently inactive now, but you can still find fan videos if you dig around. She's quite the looker, but it's kind of a boner killer once you hear her speaking voice.
