And not there are no exclusive contracts. (Maybe Tessa had one. But I don't know for sure).

One of the answers to many of those is: once certain producers got their hands on certain "cash cows" they would do everything they can to prevent the girls working for others, as it would get their revenue down. And exclusive contract was not anything someone signed as it would-be too expensive.

So if no exclusive contract was signed how do producers keep models exclusive?

There are a few ways. But I won't go into details.
There are many.. many things that fans don't know about how things are in reality in the boobs world. Or in porn. Fans only see the surface. And want to know it all. No its not possible
Wrestling fans are the same. There are many things happening behind the scenes in wrestling but fans make an assumption of the full picture just based on what's on social media.
