The anime I would probably choose the most in regards to the fanservice of bouncing boobs would be Sekirei and Highschool DxD partly because these ecchi shows have a lot of female nudity and bouncing boobs all over, though I also like it for the story and characters and so on too

That's cool, I wouldn't mind Valkyrie Mermaid too much if it didn't have any loli crap in it but the blond chick in it is pretty hot, the blond chick named Tsukiumi from Sekirei is my personal waifu though btw. I like the subtle implication in DxD the only reason the various demon girls initially seem to be into Issei is because he has a giant dick. I think Xenovia even calls him the "Perfect Breeding Specimen"

I wouldn't necessarily say that to be true since the light novel didn't mention anything about that at all and it was briefly mentioned in the filler of season 3, she wants his babies because he has the power of the red dragon and whatnot, and the reason the girls fallen for him and so on is because of the side effects of his boosted gear. It's got nothing to do with having a "big dick". I've looked up information about the series as well as I've seen the series so I know what I'm talking about in this

The way they are drawn seems to vary depending on the game and the artists, but canonically Felicia is supposed to be the bustiest Darkstalkers character according to her official measurements. Because of this, it does bother me if an artist makes her look smaller than some of the other ladies in the series.
