If you're looking for online AI generators that can produce nude/porn pics from a prompt, there are a bunch of them. Personally I use mage .space which works kind of like chat gpt. Put in a prompt -> image. The one I mentioned and use, you have to pay for to be able to make anything worth looking at though. I think most of them require you to pay for NSFW images overall.

They operate like the same software you download, Stable Diffusion, with the benefit of not having to set up all the things you need and it doesn't require you to have any higher end hardware. The downside is that it isn't as flexible, lacks the same amount of fine tuning and you're limited to the models/Lora's the site offers kinda.

I guess they could generate nudes of real people using Lora's but I would stay away from generating more or less deepfakes of random people tbh. There are plenty of loras and models for a variety of more or less known people though.
