I don't know about a tutorial but pretty much just go to the home page and select "for you", As you're watching videos, if you see a busty girl to your liking, watch the video. If it serves you something not along those lines don't stop, swipe away as fast as you can. Liking videos doesn't seem to really change what it shows. Also go in and check under your profile "suggested" accounts, what it does is find people that are following similar accounts and suggests either them or some of the accounts they're following. Pretty much connecting and friending like-minded people also helps. Since I'm posing here's another one
