Never realized I left this one out. This woman managed to completely lose hers from weight loss/exercise alone, stating that trying this first was a healthier option for her than jumping straight to surgery. Many are aware of Gianna Micheals' fairly brief comeback around 2016/2017, when she returned with boobs bigger than ever. However just a few years prior to that, up to around 2014, her boobs seemed to actually shrink a bit due in part to a fitness phase.

They're honestly not that much smaller if you look at her TikTok and IG, but it does seem like there was enough loss in volume that a sports bra can compress them very easily now.

If this is your thing, you should get in to female bodybuilders. Tons of examples of women melting their boobs away.
