Lol you seriously think her nipple still intact? Do you know how reductions work. They cut from under the breast to the middle of the nipple then cut a circle for a new nipple drag the skin and staple/sew a new unnatural looking nipple skin tone to nipple will be way off and weird whoever invented breast reductions should have a rope around their neck and tied to a car while being dragged down the street.
