Chatting with women from Ghana or Jamaica

However, after chatting with them a bit, one (supposedly, American born, but didn't know the meaning of the word, Scam) asked, Can you send me an iTunes gift card, so we can keep chatting?

The other, and after repeatedly asking, failed to answer a couple of my questions.

Soon after, both disappeared off of Facebook.

Granted, these girls came to me. But, still, I think, be careful in doing this.

The country is pretty poor. So, many of them are either, looking for marriage. Or, at least, 1 Sugar Daddy.

Anyone who wants to start chatting to a stranger online has their own, ulterior, motive.

Any girl wanting to chat to you, as a total stranger, is either running a business and sees you as a customer or is running a scam and sees you as a mark.

Oh wow hahaha. Yeah I’ll definitely keep this in mind. I can imagine a lot of them se scammers or looking for a husband but I thought I’d give it a go and see what happens hahaha

The second they start chatting you up for money it’s a scam.

The best ones are the escort ads. Very first thing they ask you is where your from, and then you get talking to them and it just so happens they are in your area, or in the case of a model visiting your area doing a photo shoot or something.

They are so dam predictable too. Tell them you live on so and do street and ask them what a good place to eat is.

You then bring up google and ask for best restaurant on so and so street and the fricken scammer will give you the first result.

Then after chatting them up, next will be that they need a fee in advance to meet you, usually a google play gift card or something.

I told a few girls I wasn’t meeting till I knew where I was going. Then they give you some address for a burned out house in the middle of the ghetto.

But word of advice to anyone, as soon as they ask for money without physically meeting you, it’s guaranteed to be a scam

I have heard them all, car accident, pet got sick, some family member died suddenly, arrested, missed flight etc.

Had one girl wanted me to pay for the flight. Wouldn’t give her the money and insisted I book it directly for her using my credit card and booking it myself.

She misses flight, then needed $100 to reschedule it.

Nope, I’ll just pay another $300 and buy you another flight.

Yeah I lost $300 on a flight, but she (or he) tried scamming the airline to get the refund send to them instead, and the airline just put the money back on my card. Ha ha hai

Damn that sucks what happened to you. I have been hearing a lot about a bunch of scams getting around so I’m very hesitant to even attempt a conversation now hahaha.

It's a scam if she somehow tells you a fake story. It's not a scam if she just asks you for money.
1. The girl is using her data to chat with you. Wi-fi is not all that common in those places. Internet data costs money, especially for poor people. The least thing you should do is pay for it.
2. Why should a pretty girl waste hours of her time chatting online with some guy in a faraway place? Just because you are lonely or horny? If you don't send her anything, there's no point in chatting.
