It’s fairly common for birds to do that ‘trend’ of taking a picture of yourself on the mac camera

How do you record without snap detecting it ?

If on iPhone - open the chat so the media is visible, turn phone on aeroplane mode, save the media, delete the app, turn off aeroplane mode then redownload the app. Be sure to keep your phone aeroplane mode before deleting the app.
