How do you link the sub titles to the downloaded movie?
When you post a reply, just click on the "Attach Files" link in the bottom left corner. It will take you to your directories. Just go to where you have the sub file stored and double click it. Note that you have to convert the .srt file to a Zip file though first to load it.
No how do you get the subtitles to appear in the video?
Sorry, I misread your post. There are two ways if you are using VLC Media Player to play the downloaded video.. The easy way is to open and play the video file. Stop it right at the start. Click the Subtitle link at the top of the screen. Then click the Add Subtitle link. Go to the location where you stored the .srt file (unzipped of course). Double click it, which will load it into the video. Now just press play. You can embed it permanently into the video file using the HD Video Converter Factory free app. Just Google how to once you download the app although it's pretty intuitive.

If you downloaded two files - part one and two, I think you will have to join them back up. I believe you can use the HD Video Converter Factory free app. There is another app I used before called asfbinwin - also free
