What's with when women's breasts have this weird cleavage?

I've seen this happen to some busty women, but what exactly is it? Just normal saggage?

To me those are due bc some, like the one here, have breasts very far from each other

Yeah this guy and huambrillo have already nailed the answer but, despite what the media/beauty industry would have you believe, there are different breast types (and nippple types) just like there are different types of noses.

I have a personal preference for close set (narrow root) tear drop shaped breasts but will take almost any type as long as they are big enough. I also rep wide rooted breasts that continue under the woman's arms because they have the potential to hold the most volume and they look "hulked out", less sleek - see rodion busty candid.
