Another new member quit because he felt he was being harassed here.

Please delete the VK, Instagram, and Facebook links I provided which are now in the first message of the thread and credited to me. I will also request deleting my account. I have received only negative comments and harassment since joining and posting that info. I want nothing further to do with this group.

So, not only have we lost another member, we lost the material he provided, as well.

Since I don't know the whole story, I'm not sure if it's a issue of "thin-skin" (definitely not something to have on an Adult Forum), or if the harassment is genuine.

But, for the umpteenth time, "If you don't like a post, move a long, as there is plenty here for nearly everyone". And, if you are unsure, it's better to remain silent, and be a lerker, rather than risk getting banned.

Read rules 5a and 5b, https://titsintops.com/phpBB2/index...please-read-important-important-important.41/

While this rule has been in effect since day one, it has been enforced since May 2018. However, while first time offenders will receive a warning, repeat offenders will get a 30 day ban. Additional offenses will result in a permanent ban.

...

To the member who recently posted, "this forum is over moderated" (post since deleted, as being disrespectful to staff; you know who you are), staff strives to make the forum a fun place to be for everyone. But, if you don't like it, feel free to leave. And, consider this a warning, if I see it again, you will get a 30 day ban.

How about we just stop deleting member accounts? Almost all of the times it has to do with some kind of "trying to quit porn" nonsense. If you can't be a responsible adult don't post at all. This regret stuff is juvenile and I'm tired of it. Your real full name isn't attached to your account here or something. Just don't visit the site if you're bummed.

(Note: This particular user had a question for me that I was meaning to answer, now that can't happen)

As an addendum, stop allowing users to delete attachments or edit their posts after a certain amount of time. Too many silent wipes of content is happening here. People should be responsible before posting.

Wasn't aware you could 100% wipe an account and all posts... interesting why someone would do that

anyway why do we need to credit the person who provided a social media link? for reputation? kinda pointless no?

While I agree with your "Just don't visit the site..." comment, how would you feel if we didn't honor your request to delete your account?

And, not necessarily. Many of the "Delete Accounts" come from lurkers who join, just to grab what they want, then leave. However, a good many of the recent ones have been from newer members, and no direct connection to "trying to quit porn".

Actually, it depends on your username (I know of several whose real name (at least in part) appears), or e-mail addy, as to whether a real name appears, or not.

I'll run this up to admin to see if something can be done. But, yeah, I agree with ya. I too am tired of seeing media being deleted, shortly after posting.

IMO, members who do this should get a 30 day ban. :devilish:

A girl who hasn't been seen here is probably a good reason.

Thanks for replying, BreastQuest. If I wanted to delete and couldn't, I wouldn't be shaken up. It's just a porn site. What I see behind a lot of the deletions is some deep-rooted insecurities about porn or possibly even fear or regret about big breasts (possibly realization their mate isn't what this rare niche is, their mate got BR, big breasts are just "circus freaks" to them and they "moved on", etc) - if we really want to go daring with the guesses.

The ones who just sign up recently then delete accounts are even more dumb, though. They are literally just gibberish usernames with no posts with anything to them, or no posts at all. They can simply fade away into the abyss of thousands of accounts in the member list instead of wiping potential leads and content from the board. That's not fair to the community.

This forum has had a big issue with losing content. I will dare even call it cowardly when I see a thread full of praise and the OP decided to silently wipe everything.

I think the majority of the forum would be in favor of a "no editing/no attachment deleting after certain amount of time" rule. The account deletions are possibly worse because in one-fell-swoop everything is wiped. All attachments (pictures), all info they gave on great finds, everything. It's just bad for everyone. A lot probably regret the decision.

Far too much power in the hands of a user who have no personal stakes in the site or helped the site financially or anything like that. It's completely disrespectful to the fellow man, reeking of "I'm better than all of you, I call the shots". It's not right.

@4543252353425 . You are welcome.

Though, I do try to do that on all posts that are follow ons to what I wrote (though, quoting (as you did here vs yesterday's post) almost guarantees a look, if not a response).;)

But, since everyone is different, no telling how one person would react to this vs someone else.

However, when an account is deleted, unless specifically asked do delete their posts, they remain. But, with the forum upgrade, members like OOlover, and others who quit became Anonymous Guest. But, unfortunately, the Search by: won't work on them. Though, if you know the username (e.g.: rypz79 who is on a Indefinate Leave of Absence), even though the drop down menu won't display his name, a Search by: will work.

Personally, I too would like to see that once made, members can not delete their post (would require Staff action). Though, I don't know if it can be done (I have run this up to admin).

It absolutely can be done. It's simple changes to the post editing rules for standard users.

It's not a matter if it "can be" done. It's a matter if "should it be" done. And, in this case, that will be up to admin (site owner).

Honestly it should be i've seen so much content just vanishing recently the board is almost fading away at this point. If you make a post you should have 48hrs to deal with any regrets if you wait beyond a 48hr period to delete you should have to request from a mod or admin and give a reason. The blind wipes of content at this point are getting pretty bad its to the point that some threads are fairly long and dont have any actual content because the op went back and deleted it all. Or like the one guy some years back posted tons of good content and then the minute one member was like I dont think shes that hot...threw a whole bitchfit and deleted all his content in a swoop. No one should be able to just hold the board hostage like that for praise and complements either.

The solution is simple; if you like a pic/video that is posted on here SO much that it will cause you to lose sleep if the post was removed, then simply save the pic/vid to your hard drive.

That would make bitchy, hissy fits of the OP irrelevant, wouldn't it?

Can't forget the content we might've missed too though

Right.. hindsight is 20/20 but moving forward, download it.

Hell, if I'd known Dailymotion would suddenly go to shit, I would have downloaded all of bmels videos.

It was a lesson learned for sure.

I sincerely hope you meant the member, whose post I quoted. Because technically, I'm the o/p of this thread.

I'm talking about the OP of whoever made the thread or post of the pic and/or video in question.

Agreed, tenfold. The silent deletions are happening every day here. zomoguster explained the reasons why users shouldn't be able to be so wreckless. This is an issue that I know a lot don't have the energy to tackle or talk about, but we have to man up and do it already. We can't keep losing content. I hate having to feel like I have to see every thread in the first hours or I miss out.

I think losing content is a shame, but worse things happen at sea. People should have the right for content that they have uploaded deleted, if they have a good reason, but this should go before a mod, who can then delete.

We don't always know the reasons a member would want to have their post removed.
As the owner of the post, they have every right and the ability, to delete the post.

And I would have to respectfully disagree with this comment.
This forum is as active as ever. As a Moderator I'm here every day and have seen it first hand. There are days when there is either a new post or reply every few minutes! :)

TitsinTops is not fading away.

But if it's all going to be silently deleted by the user hours, days, or weeks later, what's the point of high activity?

They may have well as posted nothing. The silent wipes are getting unacceptable.
