Can you take some time to take care of yourself now, if you're still hurting from something from your past?
There is no time like the present. If not now, the future. Can't do anything about the past because it's already passed.

I’m good now. Couldn’t at the time. Had to hold together for others. Finally caught up and had to deal with it. Thanks for the concern.

I lost my own father two years ago after reconnecting with him after 40 years and it's still painful for me. So my empathy goes out to you.
