If you're on desktop you can do what the person above me mentioned.
If you're on mobile you can use the Aloha browser to download the pictures and videos. Can confirm this still works on Android 13 but not sure if it still works on iOS.

I just do screenshot and crop, for video you can screen record, crop and trim. It's simple on a mac, not sure about windows though

The "NP-OriginalEdit" is from the 21 Aug post (just edited out scenery that didn't show Natti.

The "NP-EditedVid" slows down to near normal speed the couple of scenes that were fast. And, resequenced a bit, to flow more naturally.
