It was posted on her official website in 2004 - notice the watermark in the bottom left corner. It's likely that her husband took the photos and Daktari (her primary photographer) put it on the site when she returned from their trip. From what I can tell, Daktari did not accompany Milena on her biker club trips so her husband likely took the pics and they shared some of them to incorporate her "private life" into the website. The most notable thing to me was that this may have been the only time she exposed her bare breasts to a crowd at one of these rallies.

Also proof that women don't need to hardcore to have an amazing career. I know lots of people wanted Milena to do hardcore but I think it would have spoiled her mystique. I suppose the caveat is that the woman in question has to be unique and possess an almost unreal level of beauty but if they do then they can have a long, successful career without having three dildos shoved up their arse whilst a midget pisses on them.
