So he says he has a video then posts a screenshot of video and then he says he has no video because he failed to record it. Lol. Ffs.

He posted that to try to prove he does have a video but I think it's a joke. He won't respond to people's DM about it. It's a lie apparently.

Well, as you have discovered, don't say you have the video, and either can't deliver. Or, it was a mistake because you didn't record properly.

I GOT THE VIDEO OFF IG, THE INSTAGRAM I GOT IT FROM IS GONE, I WAS GOING TO SHARE THE LINK, UNTIL I FOUND OUT IT WAS DELETED, THAT WHY I SAID I HAVE THE VIDEO, THE PERSON WAS CHARGING FOR IT. I WATCH THE VIDEO, AFTER WATCHING IT, VIDEO SCRAMBLED, SO U CANT KEEP IT UNLESS U SCREEN RECORED... NOW THIS IS WHAT I MESSAGED CEASERFIRST SINCE HE DIDNT GET THE POINT!!!

He has said its been deleted. It was on instagram.

As far as my understanding of Instagram goes, none of this makes sense. If you can only view the video once then how do you have a link to it? The only part of Instagram that lets you view something once is in private messages which doesn't let you share specific messages via links.
