Yeah you're probably right. Although I've seen things like birth control do drastic things to breast size. They're clearly smaller for sure tho.

As much as I dislike breast reductions in general, there are some instances where I'd understand why the girl would want to have it done when it becomes too much. But idk if it's just me, but those didn't even really look huge enough to warrant surgery. They're big obviously but still relatively proportionate to her body. Now she's shaped like an I.
