It's not a joke, literally just do that and you'll be fine. There are women everywhere! Why ask here? It's not like the women of your dreams all congregate in the same area. Go to the beach, go to clubs, go to bars, just go out.
The beaches aren't that far in central Florida.
But seriously ... as others said, go outside, get on popular dating apps ... Florida is so concentrated, a massive number of people, especially central Florida ... that there is no shortage on those apps! Maybe more crazy women in Florida, especially the closer you get to the Keys, but no shortage of racks! I've spent a bit of time working and even living there ... especially right in the massive research park at UCF (heavy engineering/R&D center).
And if you're under 30, or can fit in as a college student, or 'considering going back to school,' there are also so many social groups around colleges and universities, without you even having to be student. Get involved with clubs, interests groups and the like. They usually have the most time to waste, especially around getting to know people and ... well ... fuck.
In central Florida there are at least a dozen different campuses with Seminole, Valencia and the other 4-year colleges, as well as massive, sprawling UCF, even off-campus. Also don't forget UCF's home football games, at least half the students and even many adults don't bother going in and tailgate on memory mall and the like during the game (next and final home game is Navy on November 19th). Other than parking, and even some of that is free, it won't cost you a thing. Even better? Find a local friend and go.
Just be careful taking on an inebriated woman, the laws put the onus on the man.
