They are just looking for the attention and don't realize that once they have had the reduction, the attention goes away for ever. My SIL was not even close to what my wife was in college yet got the reduction so she can now talk about it and make out that her breasts were so huge that she had to have one and that is just not true.

So.. does she have a condition in which her breasts never stop growing? Has she been pregnant without telling the world about it and just ballooned back up to her original 36J size? She looks in her face to have she’d some weight (aside from what her BR took off her body weight 7 years ago), but this seems somewhat of a mystery to me..
