You do know that in the us medically anyone with breasts that have a combined weight of 3 or more pounds has gigantomastia so macromastia by definition in the states is anyone with a d cup or larger and gigantomastia is normally considered anyone H and over.

So no this chick doesn't have macromastia just slightly large breasts because I refuse for the slackest macromastia standards in the world to be taken seriously on a boob forun we know better.
