I'm making my deduction based on a story she told 'married some middle eastern guy', and observable facts 'she was a model', ' webcam model', 'still a model after breast reduction.'

What she told and what we have observed doesn't tie. Either her husband was extremely poor allowing her to work as a model OR there was no husband at all. Sure, there's a third possibility that her 'middle eastern husband' allowed her to continue modelling, but knowing those guys I would put this possibility as very improbable.
