The easiest way is to watch the video, let it load all the way, then look in your cache for a .flv file, and there are several free players for this container format.
It helps if you're using something other than Internet Explorer to browse the Web; for example if you use Opera for Windows from http://www.opera.com/ (new version out today!), you can go to "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4\" by pasting that into the Run dialog (press WinKey+R for a convenient shortcut) after replacing username with your Windows username, and btw that was not a typo, there is an "Opera" directory inside that "Opera" directory.
First you should install an FLV player and associate FLV files to it so you can more easily test them when you've found your cache in Windows Explorer; a good free one is Riva: http://rivavx.com/index.php?downloads0&L=3
The encoder package actually works both ways, and the Riva FLV player comes with it, and tbqh you'll mostly be watching the FLV (FLash Video) files directly because the video quality degrades with every conversion.
Anyway, once you've found the correct FLV file, copy it to your Desktop for posterity's sake, give it a more descriptive name, upload it to Mediafire or some other free file host, and share the link with us!
